The stager pressurizes and vents various port in a predefined sequence allowing valves to open and close the system.the pressure of the control line into the stager, either hydroulic or pneumatic must be equal to or greater than the line pressure in the system.The control pressure source must be constant and relatively clean, using a filter in the control line as precautionary source.
